RB-16069               Elvis´ Golden Records

Great mid 60´s re-release, wich is probably a second issue, with a beautiful RCA Victor Red Seal label with silver and white printing and an unique gatefold cover design, different to anywhere else in the world. Liner notes and record informations about three english albums and four EPs were found inside when the sleeve is opened. Vinyl with matrix numbers H2WP-8398-1A and 8399-2A is stored in an unusual insert-bag. Still with original inner sleeve.

RC 24001                Loving You

This is the sought after original 10” LP, as released in England. This album features the complete soundtrack from Loving You. The matrix numbers (H2WL-2762-1B & H2WL-2763-1B) are stamped into the trail-off. Today, it is very hard to find this one outside of England, especially in a fine condition and still with its  original inner sleeve.

LPM-1707               Elvis´ Golden Records

This is a black RCA Victor re-release from around 1964, packed in  a soft Red Seal cover. The matrix numbers are: LP-H2WP-8398-X and 8399. The pictured LP is missing the original inner sleeve, but has instead one very rare HÖRZU inner sleeve, featuring 54 other HÖRZU covers, including the rare Elvis release. The coverbackside has only liner notes printed. HÖRZU was the first german TV Guide.

This hard to find promo album with a special white RCA label was manufactured and released in march 1972 by Telefunken-Decca. The glossy cover does not identify this record as a promotional, while the label reads Trade Sample, Unverkäufliche Warenprobe ohne Wert and Unverkäufliche Musterplatte. The stamped matrix numbers are: APRS-2007 and APRS-2008.

This great promotional album is a special DJ copy, featuring various interviews with Elvis from 1956 and 1960-1961. The radio program aid was designed to celebrate Elvis’ 50th birthday and to promote the A Golden Celebration box set. This album was produced by Joan Deary and released in 1984. The sleeve reads Not For Sale and came with a special 50th Anniversary sticker on front.

SHZT 521               Golden Boy Elvis

Golden Boy is the ultimate album from Germany and was released in August 1965 by the major german TV guide HÖRZU and TELDEC, the record company who handled Elvis´ publishing rights in Germany. The album is highly sought after by collectors from all over the world, as it was taken off the market within a week, when The Colonel got aware of it. This produced a real monster collectible. Value below is just the german price range. It sells much higher outside of Germany.

This LP sized book pictures front and backside of more than 75 german LP covers in their original size. The covers are printed in high quality. Some of them show rare variations of the covers. This unique set also includes a biography in german and english and the orange RCA Victor release `A Portrait In Music´ (SRS 558). Book and record were both produced and sold 1977 in Germany and the set is by now a highly sought after collectible, even in Germany.

LSP-2756                 Fun In Acapulco

This very scarce soundtrack album from Israel was pressed in 1973 by Eastronics in Tel Aviv. The cover design is indeed unique and can’t be found anywhere else in the world. Orange RCA label with the stamped matrix numbers: PPRS 4436 7S and PPRS 4437 7S. The backside of the cover has nothing to do with the original soundtrack as it pictures five other Elvis albums from the 1970’s.
