The Long Lonely Highway release features a mix of alternate takes and session outtakes recorded between 1960 and 1968 at RCA´s Studio B in Nashville. Some songs have been written by Pomus / Shuman or Leiber / Stoller, who served the king with better songs and sounds than most others did during his movie career. This CD was released in June 2000.
