BMG 46863-2         Gracia Divina

The `Gracia Divina´ CD was released in 1997 by RCA/BMG Argentina in co-operation with the official Elvis fan club of Argentina. The CD features 28 gospel songs, all taken from another BMG CD release titled `Amazing Grace´. The liner notes were also taken from `Amazing Grace´, but have been translated and are now presented on a triple-fold inlay. Beautiful b/w picture CD in jewel case. By the time this release is getting pretty rare.

C88 1-2                    The Sun Collection

The `HMV Classic Collection´ series was sold in 1988 in England. This box set is limited to only 3500 copies and this is #206. The set contains the rare german import CD The Sun Collection ND89107, a LP sized booklet with 12 pages and a letter by HMV, London.      A sticker in the top right corner is missing.

This is from the very first generation of compact discs ever made for Elvis. It was pressed and released in Germany in 1984, with a simple but great cover artwork. The disc is stock with silver and black printing. Even though this is not a club-edition release by the Bertelsmann book club, it is extremly rare and very hard to find. This is the real thing! RCA PD81382        Elvis

This very early release was manufactured and published in Germany in October 1984. This edition has now been deleted a long time ago.  It came with a booklet (8 pages) wich features the english liner notes from the original american album release, advertising for other RCA CD releases and the track list. This is the original first pressing from Germany. The disc itself is stock with silver and black printing.

This is the second edition of the Elvis’ Golden Records album, but the first print from Germany, as the first edition was manufactured in Japan. The disc is stock with silver and black printing and was released in May 1985. Even though this is not a club-edition release by the Bertelsmann book club, it is very hard to find and the real thing for the die-hard collector!

BMG 18555-3         Elvis Presley

Extremly rare Club-Edition from 1984. Cover and disc have been manufactured in Germany. Disc is stock with silver and black print. This is from the very first generation of compact discs ever made of Elvis. Very hard to find and highly collectable. The Club-Editions are even much rarer than the standard releases and had only been available through the Bertelsmann book club!

BMG 18556-1         For LP Fans Only

Extremly rare Club-Edition from 1988. Cover and disc have both been manufactured in Germany. The cover states a printing in June 1988. Disc is stock with silver and black printing. Very hard to find, even in Germany, as these CDs have been deleted a long time ago.

RCA PD86382        The Number One Hits

This Commemorative Issue was pressed in Gemany by Sonopress in 1987. Sonopress is a manufacturer of CDs and part of the BMG Group. As the title already implies, this release features all number one hits from the USA. The cover has one peculiarity, advertising The National Elvis Presley Fan Club which had to be contacted via RCA Hollywood and offering a free copy of their magazine.
