This single-sided ten inch acetate features a demonstration version of I Met Her Today, wich was written by Don Robertson and Hal Blair. The acetate
is running at 78rpm and has a completely blank backside. Usually, only two demos had been made by Don for each song, one for the publisher and one remaining in Don’s own collection. It is Don Robertson who can be heared
on this acetate, singing and playing the piano. Elvis recorded his version of I Met Her Today in October 1961 at the Studio B in Nashville, wich was first released on the album Elvis For Everyone.
