Standing Room Only was first announced to be released on the 'An American Trilogy' single Standing Room Only - disc #2

Actually this album was already announced to be released back in 1972, as a soundtrack album for Elvis On Tour, but was finally skipped, likely because of the succesful release of the MSG album. This compilation is packed in a double-folding 7” digipak and comes with a 16 page booklet, including the history of origin of this album, several great pictures and collectibles. Standing Room Only was released in April 2009.
